Lee and Cayce's Wedding Day!

After a ton of planning, lots of folding, coloring and choosing the perfect dress, last July Lee and Cayce became man and wife. The ceremony was beautiful, you could clearly see how in love these two are  and I am confident that they are going to be in this for the long haul.
In this post I will give you glimpse into our beautiful day, hopefully without bawling as it is still just so close to my heart. First a bit of a back-story!
Several years ago we went to Wranglers to check on Lee and visit Mom as well. What we didn't know at the time was we would be meeting his future wife as well. They rode up on their horses and Lee introduced us and I remember thinking that she was awfully quiet, which I NOW know was not her true personality, LOL! Thanks goodness as with this rowdy group you have to be able to be loud just to be heard above the roar! So she fits in perfectly.
Before you know it Lee was in trouble for staying up way into the night, talking on the phone with the little quiet girl. And so it began.
As a Mom, watching your child fall in love is bittersweet. As happy as you are for them, there is always that twinge of sadness that they are growing away from you as they grow up. But no matter what, the joy of seeing them happy and following their heart far outweighs any feelings of loss! After all, look at these pictures! They are so young and you can already see that they are in love! ETA: I had to snag some photos from Cayce, which were from her family site. So, the next three are from there and thanks Dave and Angie for always taking a lot of photos! Plus the wedding pictures are from Trish and maybe one from Austin Mathis. I wanted to make sure I covered everyone with proper shout out and credits!
2009! Aren't they cute!

2010, Still little kiddos!
And in 2012

Years went by, and things got serious, lol We grew to love Cayce like one of our own! Not that we didn't have our bumpy moments! We are both really strong women, so of course there was a few times we both wanted to strangle the other one! But I can honestly say, I could not be any happier with the woman that Lee has chosen to walk by his side throughout his life. She is the grounding point that he needs, and I feel he is the centering point for Cayce as well.
So, without further adieu, here are some pictures of the wedding! Ok, a LOT of pictures!

The wedding was absolutely amazing! Shout out to Angie, Cayces mom for all her planning and hard work! It really was beautiful!
I hope you enjoyed a little trip down wedding avenue. I know that I had such wonderful day that ended with a new daughter that I love dearly. Plus, an entire branch of family as well! Woot!
I Lee and Cayce the very best that life has to offer and I will leave them with a little advice. Love fiercely, fight fairly and never go to bed angry. It is now you two against the world. As ONE, with God by your side, you can meet any challenge head on and make it through together.
I love you both! Congratulations!!

ETA: I had to snag some photos from Cayce, which were from her family site. So, the first three are from there.  So thanks Dave and Angie for always taking a lot of photos! Plus the wedding pictures are from Trish (will add last name later) and maybe a couple from Austin Mathis. Cynthia Parrish had the one of the boys as her profile pic and I could not resist! I wanted to make sure I covered everyone with a proper shout out.
